  I had a terrible experience with Morgan & Morgan after being hit by a car while riding my bike. I was traveling in the same direction as the vehicle when I was blindsided and suffered serious injuries to my hand, wrist, elbow, and glute and thigh. I initially tried to go back to work, but the next morning I saw a doctor who started me on physical therapy and suggested I contact his lawyer. While waiting for them to get back to me after dialing initially, I decided to go with Morgan & Morgan after seeing John Morgan on TV and online and assuming they would be the most reliable option. I called their hotline and was told I had a strong case. I had already collected photos and insurance details from the scene and even mentioned concerns about the driver’s insurance being known for weak payouts. I offered to share documentation, but instead I felt pressured to sign immediately and was told everything would be fine and I'd make money. I was in real pain and explained that my job is physically demanding, but it still took several days for a lawyer to contact me. By then I was already starting to heal. I asked M&M for referral for a doctor closer to me and it took 10 days to get a response. My original doctor recommended an MRI, but I was trying to balance recovery with working to make money. By the time they followed up, I had improved to the point where continuing through them no longer made sense. The attorney even admitted the insurance was not strong. After not hearing from them for about a week from when I initially made contact to getting a lawyer and then well over another week when they called again about getting a doctor, I assumed they had lost interest because of the comment my attorney made about the insurance not being strong. This firm completely dropped the ball. It was disorganized, slow, and unprofessional. Worst law firm I have ever dealt with. I strongly recommend going with a smaller firm where your case actually matters.

  EXTREME WARNING / REVIEW OF MORGAN & MORGAN I am sharing my full experience with Morgan & Morgan to warn anyone considering this firm. My case was handled with shocking negligence, disrespect, and lack of basic human decency by both the attorney, SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney), and the case manager, STEPHANIE (Manager). From the very beginning, my case was left completely in the air. STEPHANIE (Manager) was unclear, inconsistent, and utterly incapable of providing the guidance necessary to handle my situation. Despite providing all requested information, I was left waiting for weeks with no updates, no communication, and no consideration for my time, my work, or my expenses. I was forced to chase answers and was never given a proper contact number, leaving me frustrated, confused, and stressed. When I finally reached SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney), the experience only worsened. Instead of guidance, support, or professionalism, I was met with condescension, judgment, and hostility. SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) repeatedly minimized my situation, saying things like “everyone has debts,” as if my life circumstances, damages, and financial burdens did not matter. Keep in mind: I had just been in a car accident, had to pay for repairs and work-related expenses out of my own pocket, and had no days off. Yet, SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) treated me as if I were incompetent or negligent for not “knowing better.” She questioned why STEPHANIE (Manager) had even opened my case, implied that I was lying or misrepresenting facts, and spoke over me in a loud, dismissive tone. Throughout our interactions, both SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) and STEPHANIE (Manager) demonstrated a complete lack of empathy, accountability, or professionalism. They treated me as if my life, my damages, and my personal information were trivial. I was made to feel guilty for circumstances beyond my control, blamed for failing to understand processes they never clearly explained, and judged for decisions no one else could make for me. Their arrogance, hostility, and lack of basic human decency were astounding. Both SISY MUKERJEE (Attorney) and STEPHANIE (Manager) failed entirely in their duties. Their negligence and mistreatment caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and emotional distress. This is not just unprofessional, it is abusive. No one should be treated in such a dismissive, judgmental, and harmful way by professionals entrusted with legal responsibilities.
