  I inquired about the possibility of a case, and received very personal, thoughtful responses to my questions. Even though the case is likely not a good candidate for litigation, they gave me a great breakdown as to why, and offered a referral to another avenue for pressing my discrimination case.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Courtney and his legal team. They stepped in when I was facing a time-sensitive situation with serious, potentially life-changing consequences. Their guidance was exactly what we needed, and they moved fast to get the right information and documentation in front of the opposing side. Courtney is incredibly knowledgeable in disability and fair housing matters, and his communication has been outstanding clear, thoughtful, and reassuring during a very stressful time.   I originally left a five-star review because I wanted to acknowledge Atty. Cunningham’s quick response and the time he had dedicated to my concerns. During that time, I felt that someone listening to me afforded me relief as a human being. However, I do have to update my review. While I still appreciate the time he spent, I want to share honestly that I had hoped for a little more compassion and understanding, especially as an autistic person seeking guidance from an attorney whose practice specifically advertises disability-related representation. I wasn’t looking for free legal work, just basic human empathy and clarity while navigating something overwhelming. The answers I received were quick but felt unexpectedly dismissive, considering how his website discusses his personal connection to ADA rights. I still appreciate the conversation, but the experience was not what I expected when reaching out for disability-related help.

  They do represent corporations. As an individual they were not interested in helping me. I hope they are honest and ethical however it’s best to stay clear of these types of lawyers as an individual.
