  My mom, sisters, and I used this law firm to help compose my mom's final will, and trust me, it wasn’t easy, since we are 3 sisters in complete disagreement. Still, we were able to push through because Miss Valdes’s entire team went above and beyond to address every single question and concern we had. My mom is a particularly strong-headed woman in her mid-70s, and she was very picky at times about the wording of the documents, but the team remained patient, polite, and kind until the end, no matter what problems my sisters or I threw their way. Also, I would really like to thank Stephany above all. She was especially golden when it came to dealing with my mom in person, soothing her fears and acting with great compassion toward her situation (let’s be real, no elderly woman wants to see her three daughters literally circling each other over her estate; that took courage, and Stephany met her halfway and beyond). Stephany was also kind to me during moments when I was feeling vulnerable or fearful, particularly due to other family members I’m not close to attending our meetings, and, when my frustration with my mom’s reactions carried over into my emails to her. I must admit, I snapped badly at times, but the respectful professionalism of Stephany and the whole team saved the moment. All in all, I am very happy to have chosen this firm. I would rate them 10/5 if I could. Can't recommend them enough.
