  Disrespectful treatment and disappointing results—stay away I am writing this to warn others, especially those with elderly family members or those whose first language is not English, to be extremely cautious when hiring Friedman Trial Lawyers. My elderly mother hired this firm for a lawsuit, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. For years, John and Zach promised her she would be properly compensated for her damages. After dragging the process out for a long time, she ended up receiving a settlement that was honestly a joke. It felt like they just wanted to close the file and move on rather than fighting for what she was actually owed. The most upsetting part, however, was the way she was treated. Knowing that my mother is elderly and that English is not her first language, Zach and John were consistently impatient and disrespectful. They would berate and belittle her during meetings and calls. Instead of being her advocates and making her feel protected, they made her feel small and intimidated. It is appalling to see professionals treat a vulnerable client this way. The only bright spot in that entire office is Aixa, the secretary. She was the only person who showed my mother any kindness or professionalism. If you want a firm that treats its clients with dignity and actually delivers on its promises, look elsewhere. Do not recommend.

  Trying to find the words to describe how grateful I am for Gary Friedman and his team for their time and attention on my son’s Medical Malpractice case, but none truly highlight how deeply appreciative that I feel.   I had Friedman & Friedman represent me in a recent personal injury case. Zach was very attentive, prompt, and professional through out the entire process and made sure to keep me up to date with what was happening. Could not be happier with the outcome of my case. Would highly recommend to anyone in the South Florida area.
