  Trying to find the words to describe how grateful I am for Gary Friedman and his team for their time and attention on my son’s Medical Malpractice case, but none truly highlight how deeply appreciative that I feel. When tragedy struck my family and forever wounded my toddler, I was determined to find an attorney that felt confident to take on such a complex case, but also join my fight to get him justice. Gary became my battle buddy, my son’s champion, and an answered prayer from my family. There was never a single moment during our litigation process that I felt dismissed, unheard, left in the dark, or concerned about my attorneys ability to help us. He was just that good. Not only was my attorney on top of things, but his paralegal assistant, Susy, was such a gift and critical part in process. She kept me organized, in the know, and became a joy to see pop up in my emails. I can’t give my son back what was taken, but I can finally sleep at night and know that he will forever be taken care of and that some sense of Justice has been restored. Thank you.   I had Friedman & Friedman represent me in a recent personal injury case.   Marvin & the entire team were incredible! I was in a horrible car accident a couple years ago & the insurance company was trying to blame me when it was no fault of my own, in order to get out of paying anything. Marvin was a great attorney and was able to award me 15 times the policy limit! I'm very confident that no other attorney would have been able to do this. I highly recommend this firm

  I hired the best and I got the best!!!! Marvin Friedman, John Seligman and Zach Friedman took my case as plaintiff against a very large Corporation. We won! John had all the evidence collected and medical information ready for trial! We had an arbitration set up and the attorney for the defense settled, quickly, for a substantial sum. John’s negotiating skills are unbeatable! And he is smooth, calm, courteous and all of them are very professional gentlemen. The case took 3 years but that is the norm and I did not bother them all the time with phone calls. Let them do their job. They all are very friendly, attentive and compassionate attorneys. They took care of all information gathering, medical issues, billing, and were totally on top of their profession. All are very down to earth guys and very easy to talk to. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any injury case. You will have the best in Miami! Their ethics, professional legal negotiating skills and knowledge are impeccable.
