I called at 8:44am to inquire about the status of a deposition transcript. At the time I placed the call, I did not even know if my attorney had ordered it or not. Martine answered the call and I have to say, she was remarkable. Immediately I was given a full update of the orders placed and the estimated time of delivery. I also spoke to Ebony and gave her my e-mail address for delivery of the digital file of the deposition transcript. I was very impressed with the speed or accuracy of the information provided.
