They repeatedly made promises and then changed their wording later, walked back previous statements, and gave approximate timelines that were later denied or altered. This became a cycle. Say one thing, then later say something different. If the case is not an easy money claim where they can quickly take a percentage, communication basically stops. My calls go ignored. When I call from my number, the phone rings or goes unanswered, and it feels like my number is being deliberately avoided. They constantly reassign my case from one manager to another, yet I can never actually reach any of them. I am always told they are busy or not in the office. On the rare occasion that I finally reach a case manager after weeks of trying, I am told, “I’ll speak to the lawyer and get back to you,” and then I never hear back again. At this point, it feels like my phone number is on a list to be ignored. I cannot even dial extensions anymore. This has been going on for a long time, and the lack of transparency, and basic communication is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend them for accident cases based on my experience.
