Al inicio estuvo muy emocionada por contratar los servicios, mi expectativa era alta con tantos buenos videos y entrevistas en donde sale la abogada Claudia, pero tal vez ni ella sabe que la atención es bastante mala. Nunca he conocido a la abogada Claudia ni por telefono, solo te asignan un abogado que tampoco nunca he conocido, y si no hubiera pedir hable con el aunque sea por telefono, nunca hubiera tenido contacto alguno con el. Siento que pague mas de 6 mil dolares por ni caso de asilo solo para que ingresen mis formularios, no hay mas comunicación ni estrategias, nada que te haga sentir que tienes una verdadera representación legal de un buen buffete. Tengo semanas llamando a la central que tanto anuncian en redes, porque tuve un encuentro con patrulla fronteriza y casi nos detienen, pero veo que no hay intereses de parte de ellos de responder, supongo que como ya pague y ya ingresaron mi caso, ya no hay nada mas que ellos vayan hacer. siempre que vuelvo a llamar dicen que espere que ya la asistenta del abogado me dira que dia puedo hablar por telefono con el abogado. Me apena mucho y me decepciona. Deberian ser mas claros para uno buscar otro abogado que si este interesado en tu caso no solo en buscar a la mayor cantidad de gente nueva, cobrarles y luego dejarlos en el olvido.

Hice un contrato para una visita a un detenido por ice y no te dan respuesta después de 16 días de firmando el contrato . No contestas el teléfono y cuando lo hacen solamente toman nota , no te devuelven las llamadas . No pierdan su tiempo con esa oficina. Cuando vienes en personas no saben ni que te van a decir .
