  Worked with this group on an HoA dispute matter. Original attorney estimated the work to send a demand letter at ~$350 under retainer incase we wanted to move forward. Work was completed by the original attorney for ~$490 under billable hours. Original attorney left the organization leaving us with an open retainer and odd situation as we had not decided to move forward. They continued to charge billable hours as we worked out the transition of attorneys which seems to be in poor taste. Ended up being ~$1,000 for the matter which was originally stimated to be $350 of work. Should have pushed for a non-retainer engagement. Additionally, there were issues trying to get a status of the case with the orginal attorney. I also had to request numerous times to get a breakdown of what was spent out of the retainer already. The legal assistant also had to be given the same information numerous times throughout the process. It was a poor experience all the way around. Would not use them again.

  Scott Reed is fantastic and I would highly recommend him for estate planning, probate and trust administration matters, and real estate closings! He is knowledgeable and compassionate in navigating the sensitive issues surrounding death of a loved one or needs for those that are still living with diminished physical and/or cognitive abilities and the extra stress and burdens this places not only on the individual themselves but also their loved ones. Scott has helped me personally with a close friend who had a major stroke that has left her paralyzed on one side of her body and her needs given the new realities of her living situation and capabilities and the unfortunate limitations that have resulted from the stroke and its after effects. If you are dealing with challenges of diminished capacity, death of a loved one, or real estate related matters, you need look no further than Scott Reed!!!

  This law firm is a complete joke and very unprofessional. I spoke with Christina, which btw was very rude and arrogant, and specifically requested to speak with an attorney. I was told that the attorney would return my call. It’s been 2 days, and no calls. Go figure.
