    Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to limited transparency and poor communication. When reaching out to inquire about potential services, I found the reception staff to be unhelpful and at times disrespectful. A more professional and client-focused approach would greatly improve the experience.

    I hired Morgan &Morgan for a auto accident that happened on Labour Day; while I was making a food run.Their law team was prompt in getting back to me once I showed full interest ,and made knowing them during a distraction in my life a simplification of the complex auto insurance policy business that is so difficult to navigate through when your injured.I thank them for expertise,and expert help with all my questions.

    I am extremely disappointed with Morgan and Morgan and need to warn anyone considering this firm. This has been one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I have ever had with any agency. I had to call over and over just to get the smallest updates. They constantly said they would call back, and they never did. Weeks would go by in complete silence. At one point I even asked them directly who they were working for, because it certainly was not me. What made this experience even more disturbing is that they went as far as telling me to stop the medical care that I needed so they could keep more money for themselves. I am the one who is still hurting, not them. And to add insult to injury, the attorney ended up receiving more money from the so-called settlement than I did. So who exactly benefited here. Because it was not me. I am still dealing with physical pain, emotional stress, and the feeling of being taken advantage of. Their slogan says they are “For the People,” but my experience shows the complete opposite. They are for themselves, not the clients who are already suffering. They make promises they do not honor, give assurances they never follow through on, and leave you to fend for yourself while they profit. This feels like an abuse of the system, and it is time for people to start paying attention to what is really happening with firms like this. They are not working for the people. They are working for themselves, and the results show it. Morgan and Morgan has left a very sour taste in my mouth and a deep sense of disappointment. I would not recommend them to anyone.
