Ultimately the case was sent over to a referral "smaller firm" where they immediately got to work. Justice was served and I received my settlement. With that said I'm grateful for the referral from Rubenstein, but not thankful for how long Rubenstein sat on my case without any effort. My advice, if you don't have a slam dunk 100k case run far away from firms like this, you WILL NOT get the effort you think you will. The smaller firms are hungry for a challenge and hungry for justice.
