  Think about it. A massive law firm and how badly they need staff lawyers. So badly, they may be inclined to get bad ones. Ours travelled to a neighboring state to attend a not well rated college that accepted ~90% of applicants, then a poor Florida Law school that accepted over 90% of their applicants and is now closed. That's the one we got. Filed an unauthorized "settlement" then didn't communicate with us at all until Morgan & Morgan summarily dropped us 5 months later, never notifying us of the unauthorized "settlement"; never sent us any proceeds if there was any, or any final accounting if there was any. Oh yah, go with Morgan & Morgan.

  I reached out to Morgan and Morgan 2 months ago to assist me with my Huntington's Disease claim. I will never use this firm for anything again! And today I had to FIRE them before they can't seem to communicate with me. I spoke to my local SSI office today and was totally disappointed they had my case as a workers comp case. Pam Perez, my case manager at Morgan and Morgan also decided to give me a new case manager, yet never informed me in any way. Horrible behavior

  Been calling n messaging and promised that I would get a call back and updates on my case but NOTHING. Thought dealing with insurance was worst I was wrong. You think that I hire this firm ever again, my in this life. I am the victim and have to live with day by day with my injury and for them to treat you “ like they say “YOU MATTER “was never true. They’ll forget about you. Their clients will be 6ft under before they give you a call back…don’t promise something you can’t keep coz it makes your firm looks really bad..

  I was severely injured in a roadrage accident where the other driver was trying to commit insurance fraud. After being dropped by my first attorney because of conflict of interest, I reached out to 3 different law firms for help. Morgan and Morgan being one of them and they refused to take my case. The paralegal I spoke to (Tyler) did not listen to my entire statement and immediately dismissed me. I will never hire another large law firm because they made me feel so small.
