Despite repeatedly raising these concerns, nothing improved. After months of frustration, I finally posted an honest review sharing my experience. About a week later, I was informed that my attorney would no longer represent me. No clear explanation was provided other than being told they were not allowed to discuss the reason. Being dropped as a client shortly after submitting a complaint and review felt retaliatory and unprofessional, especially after enduring months of inadequate representation. Clients should not feel punished for speaking up about legitimate concerns. I expected better from a firm of this size and reputation. Unfortunately, my experience showed a lack of accountability and client care. I would advise others to document everything and think carefully before choosing this firm.

And refuse to send us the.money after almost 3 years. Every 4 months we have to call them and theres a new case manager always a exsuse
