  At the end of the day, all this place cares about is money. The don't care is children are in danger, etc, only getting more and more money. They have had my case for 3 years, not one step closer to even getting a court date or paperwork filed. Their "paralegal" is rude and has zero knowledge of the family law practice. I have caught her in so many lies, from paperwork showing delivered, yet she asks for the same thing over and over and billed me every single time. This place is a joke! FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART, PLEASE SERIOUSLY RESEARCH THIS PLACE BEFORE YOU TRY TO HIRE THEM FOR ANY CUSTODY ISSUES!

  I had to fire Samantha Ellis and Gary Bryant soon after hiring them because I felt they were mishandling my case, lacking in communication and competence, not doing what was discussed, not providing me with billing statements, and taking too long to get anything done. They also kept my entire retainer fee of $4,500, and never provided me with any billing statements even after I fired them. I regret ever having anything to do with them, and feel like I was robbed after dealing with them. I'm also suspicious of any perfect reviews they have after my horrible experience. I think that these lawyers are dishonest and extremely unethical. Stay away! Update: I'm reposting their previous response to this review where they admit wrongdoing. On March 17, 2021 they posted the following response: "Dan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I sincerely apologize for and we understand your frustration. We try to maintain the highest standards of service, but it’s clear we fell short in your case. If you would consider us again we would like to find out how I can earn back your business. Regards, Law Offices of Ellis and Bryant, PA"
