  My experience with Mr. Duncan was fantastic. In this very difficult time, he made the process exceptionally clear. This involved an overview of what we would need to do, the general timeline, and what we would be expecting. He worked to find experts, put together a plan, collect all relevant documentation, and answer any additional questions I had as time moved on. I also appreciated the quick and succinct responses he gave me. No confusing jargon, just clear and professional answers given in an incredibly timely manner after I asked the question. That professionalism also carried forward to all interactions I had with him and his staff. How he handled things for me makes his expertise in this field clear and I can only think now how thankful I am that I had such an individual on my side.

  I spoke with Mike Duncan and was told I would receive a retainer agreement the following day. After not receiving it, I followed up by email two days later with both him and his office. It has now been over a week since our conversation and nearly a week since my follow up email, and I have received no response. Communication and follow through are critical when hiring legal counsel. Unfortunately this experience did not reflect the level of responsiveness I expect from an attorney, especially before any formal engagement has even begun.

He was honest, strategic, and always realistic about expectations, which I truly appreciated during such a difficult time.
