  I admit my trial was messy. He never once gave me any hope or filed nothing on my behalf. All he ever said was " If i came to him first things could have been different". Poor billing issues and communication. Billed alot of money and no final trial was even mentioned. Explained to him the opposing parties financials were still wrong. He told me to my face " he did not have the full disclosures for the other party. He did not care, he took the case for money. He didnt stick up for me because all I wanted was my son. He just read my emails and nothing more with sufficent evidence was provided.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Duncan. My brother was facing a hard battle fighting for custody of his son — and Mr. Duncan was truly the reason he was able to get the outcome he deserved. From the very beginning, he showed genuine care, compassion, and dedication, not just to the case, but to our entire family. What stood out the most was how thorough and knowledgeable Mr. Duncan was every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and never made us feel like just another case. His professionalism in the courtroom, paired with the personal attention outside of it, gave my brother the strength and confidence he needed during such a stressful time. Because of Mr. Duncan’s hard work, my brother was able to get the custody arrangement that truly puts his son’s well-being first. We will forever be grateful.   100% would recommend Mike Duncan! So glad we found him to represent our son in custody battle for his son. Our family was in a very difficult scenario dealing with other family and was getting nowhere until we hired Mr. Duncan. Mike treated my 18 yr old son with such respect and lead him every step of the way and getting him all the rights he deserved and 50/50 custody of his son. He is very professional, awesome lawyer and most importantly a great guy! We can’t thank you enough for all you have done for our family!!
