  Do not recommend. Was given incorrect information and Dan Warner’s “services “ cost me to loose money. Edited-to respond to Mr. Warner. His statement that it's not his fault that my ex did not follow thru on the mediation agreement is correct. What he fails to also state, is that he as an ATTORNEY knows that signatures are a requirement for a divorce agreement to hold up in the court of law. He filed so called agreements with my forged signature and never had my ex sign.

  EDITED: The only time Dan seems to respond to people is when they give him a negative review, so I'm hoping that's the case this time. We were under the impression that everything was resolved back in December. Since then, my ex and I have been on a very good terms and were both satisfied with the conditiions of the divorce. Last week, we got blindsided with a letter stating that the terms Dan helped to negotiate were rejected by the courts. Dan was copied on this, but has never reached out to us, nor has responded to multiple outreaches. And now our relationship is being severely tested again as a result. The rating is subject to change upon the completion of the process, but I have been pretty disappointed in his human interaction skills thus far. Very slow to respond to inquiries via email and voice mail and gets annoyed very easily by questions we have. Please remember that compassion goes a long way when dealing with major life circumstances such as divorce.

  Changing my post from 5 to 3 due to lack of follow-up, thorough communication skills, showing that he cares/empathy, or explaining the process well enough. He is very knowledgeable at least and this process is cheaper than a full on (uglier) divorce.
