  I cannot recommend Diane highly enough. She represented me recently in a family law matter where my ex‑wife filed a petition falsely alleging that I was not complying with our parenting plan. The opposing party listed more than a dozen dates with untrue claims that I violated the time‑sharing agreement and they were demanding I agree to change our existing plan. Diane was meticulous, well‑prepared, and confident in demonstrating that these allegations were completely unfounded. As a result, the petition was dismissed for failing to meet the legal burden of proof required to show a substantial change in circumstances. What truly stood out was Diane’s professionalism.   Last month I met with Diane Paull for clarification of a will and trust set up by my spouse for my benefit. She was surprisingly intuitive and instinctive, literally reading between the lines. She expressed my thoughts as if she knew what I was thinking, or should be thinking. It was surreal. As a senior with my life story progressing, I feel comforted that Diane will be there to guide me through, most likely, treacherous times.
