  There is simply no better attorney in Citrus County. Joe has been around over 30 years and will handle your case professionally! He is knowledgeable, kind, funny, and supposedly talking about Retirement in 20 more years! Also his white shepherd is the sweetest. You can trust in this law firm to represent you.

  Our experience has been awful and has continued to get worst over the last year. There has been little to no movement with our legal matters since February of 2024. It appears Mr. Indelicato either finds humor in being forgetful or he truly is. He has promised a lot and has delivered little. When asked about status on filings of hearings etc. (pending since May 2024) he either makes a joke and or does not follow through. Today was yet another let down when my family's life was put in danger, and we were awaiting a response to a safer arrangement from Mr. Indelicato. After receiving no response, we decided to go by the office and check in. He makes a "joke" "there is no drive thru service yet" and then proceeds to act like he has no idea why last night he agreed to attempt to make safer arrangements with our other party. Suggested he had other cases and had not done anything. Following up with the bar next in hopes of getting some true assistance.

  Joe and Kathy have been such a blessing to us during this time. They’ve been understanding and walked us thru each step to achieve the best possible outcome that was received. Their prices were reasonable and it was well spent, they worked really hard on our case! We even went to their office late one night after work hours and since the kids were so good in their office, Kathy gave them coupons for horse back riding lessons! It’s been a pleasure to have Joe by our side and really truly having our back. We provided the information he requested and he went to work! Thank you from the bottom of our heart for all that you’ve done and I’m sure what you’ll continue to do for us and our family.

  Don't waste your money. You can't count on their word. They don't return calls, give wrong answers, They say one thing and then it is wrong or doesn't happen. They interrupt in the middle of a question and are rude. I had a desperate case. I persisted for me. Then he just drops me in my worst hour. Unbelievable. Unethical. I am poor and lost my son in May. I got beat badly. He tells me he wants good Google review. I have deleted and edited because I want the truth to be known. He does say insensitive things. His wife would say she or he would call me many times and never did. I am extremely hurt and aghast.Seems money is what matters to him not a person in distress, rightfully so. This man had an appointment with me, didn't even know about it. I sat an hour to go over papers he wanted to look at before I was to take them to courthouse he had so much going on I was interrupted and asked to step out for another client. He didn't answer my questions, nor look at my papers. Courthouse was closed by the time I left. I left his office not knowing anything I went there for. His plaques are all about being a Prosecutor.
