  No empathy, no compassion they were all about the money!! Dozier was my first lawyer in divorce after a domestic battery. 1st hearing they tell me not to speak unless spoken to, he didnt ask for Temporary alimony I needed. His big concern was my ex paying half the legal fees and liquidating our retirement fund. He told me we'll just keep bombing him with legal fees, but wait I'm paying half, right? Although the retainer was just $2,500 he attempted to liquidate our entire retirement fund, $15,000, into a trust fund in the lawfiems name alone, behind my back. His plan was to basically linger the case out until it was depleted. This was money my children and I needed to survive on till I could find employment. The retirement fund company refused to liquidate it to them. They would only liquidate it between my husband and I. Mr. Dozier didnt even have the decency to call me and drop me. He sent notice to the courts dropping me citing irreconcilable differences. Though I agree, once they tried to rob me it was pretty much irreconcilable at that point. So dont expect them to care, they dont. Dont expect honesty or integrity, they are in it for the money period.. Basically if you use them double check everything yourself dont trust them blindly..
