After reaching out regarding a high-stakes mass tort case involving the 1962 Dr. Ray O. Nulsen clinical trials (supported by 2025 Labcorp evidence of fetal programming), I was subjected to a barrage of robo-calls starting at 8:30 AM. Every time I answered, I was 'transferred' only for the line to be disconnected, followed immediately by more automated texts and bots. Most insulting of all, the intake staff attempted to gaslight me by re-writing my facts to fit their scripts—at one point trying to claim I was filing for a 'recent incident involving a child' because they couldn't comprehend a case involving fraudulent concealment of historical records. They are clearly a 'volume' firm that cannot handle complex litigation. If your case requires a lawyer who can actually listen and understand biological evidence rather than just following a call-center script, stay far away from Morgan & Morgan. They prioritize their 'case ID' numbers over actual justice and truth."
