  It took me a while to get around to writing this review, but now that my settlement is done I have nothing but positive things to say about this firm. I found them simply by word of mouth. I could have gone with some of the big name attorneys that you always see commercials and billboards for in Florida, but I wanted someone local that I felt I could trust. From the beginning, I felt their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to take the best possible care of me and my case. I worked with Brian Schackow and his legal assistant Sarena Payne who helped guide me every step of the way and answer all of my questions! I put all of my trust and faith into them fighting for me to get the best possible outcome for my case and they delivered! I will always be grateful for their dedication and hard work to help me in a difficult time of my life! Their hard work won a big case for me that gave me the financial security I felt was deserved now and for my future.   Exceptional experience with this firm. Our family member hired them to help navigate a liability claim with an auto insurance company and they got it settled for the full amount within months, not years. They also negotiated down the extensive medical bills on their client's behalf. Highly recommend!

  I was in a bad accident that threatened to end my career in the Fire Service. I knew I had a calm and needed someone to handle it while I focused on my recovery. I talked to a few attorneys that were friends of family members. As soon as I told them what happened they wanted me to sign a retainer for 40-50% before they would speak a single word more to me. Brian was actually recommended by insurance agent that I also call a friend. He was the only one that took the time to discuss my case with me and gave me advice before asking for a retainer. His costs are reasonable. I’m glad I hired him.
