I talked to a few attorneys that were friends of family members. As soon as I told them what happened they wanted me to sign a retainer for 40-50% before they would speak a single word more to me. Brian was actually recommended by insurance agent that I also call a friend. He was the only one that took the time to discuss my case with me and gave me advice before asking for a retainer. His costs are reasonable. I’m glad I hired him.

I have been through the accident proceedings once before with another law firm and different accident, I wish I had used this firm instead. I would recommend any one who has had an accident that was not your fault use Schackow and Mercadante. I did not have a vehicle to go any where so they sent my paper work to my email and the next day my money was in my bank. Teresa was there to help in every way and always very pleasant to speak with.
