  I cannot recommend Mr. Heider highly enough. From the very first conversation, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and the outcomes of their cases. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered every question patiently, and made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. What truly sets him apart is his dedication and compassion. You’re not just another case file to him he treats you like a person who deserves respect, attention, and the best possible representation. His knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to doing what’s right gave us a lot of confidence during a very stressful situation.   5 stars is not enough! Matthew Heider successfully got a completely unfounded restraining order petition against me dismissed. Through strategic questioning, he was able to get the petitioner to admit things and contradict her own statements. In fact, someone sitting in the courtroom was so impressed with his performance that they asked to hire him after the hearing. If you need a criminal defense attorney, I highly recommend him. He is worth every penny!

  I would highly recommend this law firm especially Mathew Heider. Mr Heider represented us and he did a fantastic job in court. The case was dismissed with prejudice.

  ⚠️Fraudulent Billing Practices⚠️ Matthew Heider is a deceiving crook that only cares about his financial gain. On November 4th signed agreement & paid $2,500 for a misdemeanor case that was dismissed by the prosecutor 3 days later on November 7th. Never appeared in court for the case. Never communicated with the prosecutor’s office about the case. (He did not know the case was dismissed until I called him) The only thing he did was submit their standardized Not Guilty pleading/Discovery/Demand for jury trial which was already submitted by previous court appointed attorney all through the online court portal. Upon requesting for a refund by email this was the answer Matthew gave, “We will not issue a refund now that the case has been dismissed.” He decided to refund me $1,500. Deceiving me out of $1,000 for 3 days of “research.”(absolutely nothing) Matthew Heider breached his fiduciary duty. ⚠️Unethical Overbilling Scammer⚠️
