    I highly recommend this law firm! Very thorough and professional. Nick Smith was my attorney and he was always accessible to answer any questions or concern I had.     The lack of effort placed into my mothers case was truly disheartening, the initial impression was great and as soon as we shifted to a possible trial the lawyer did not have the spark or know how to compile the case and keep any momentum or organization of the case ... truly a mistake to have recommended them to my family
