He showed empathy and communicated effectively about what he could do for me, and his expertise was quite evident. I had to release the services of my first attorney because he had not even looked at the details I related by the third day. With Esq Viacava, I started working on immediate contingencies for which TIME WAS OF ESSENCE under his directions.   I called to find out information about a friend’s alleged DUI case. After wasting 10 minutes of my time, the lady who I spoke to said that the attorney would not take the case because it was past arraignment. If someone decides to go from the public defender to an attorney at any point, a lawyer should be happy to take the case. If they would’ve said he wasn’t taking on the case because he’s too busy, I would’ve understood, but because it’s at a certain point in the case, now that’s just laziness. He should be ashamed of himself. I don’t care how many Five Star reviews he has.
