They were sensitive to the emotional toll of the process, quickly recognized the key components, explained the process in a comprehensive and understandable manner and continuously looked to limit my legal fees by keeping me focused on the pertinent items. Most importantly Ms. Richmond was an advocate who truly cared about how the outcome would shape my life and that of my daughter’s lives moving forward. My only regret in the process is that I did not start with Ms. Richmond and her team.
