  Did almost absolutely nothing for me, I have literal proof of things that were false against me and these lawyers couldn't get this through to the Judge. Linda, the female half of this group, 2 times in one year we spoke on the phone, both times she was short with me, would not let me explain and kept cutting me off insisting that if I was going to keep cutting her off she'd disconnect the call. Absolutely refused to listen to me and my concerns. Sent DOZENS of emails with no response. Absolutely not professional in anyway. Herb, the other half, as nice as a guy as he is, he also bumbled his way through the court sessions we did have. My ex who has NO LAWYER, got literally everything she wanted. The Judge, Judge Swift, very clearly has an issue with men, the most egregious example I can give is my EX filed an injunction on me Dec 2022, she claimed I abused my child, there was a DCF report done the month before which was closed because there WAS NO ABUSE. Once I got that report, I let these 2 know, Herb and I went to court March/April of 23 along WITH A DCF CASE WORKER, the Judge LAUGHED at ME and the LAWYER asking us WHY DCF was there and what RELEVANCE they had to this case when the WHOLE REASON my EX got the injunction was claims of ABUSE, the DCF report PROVED there WAS NO ABUSE. Herb just kind of shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I feel this was HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE on the Judges part and asked my lawyer to address it and they just completely ignored it. I question what did I really get for my money? I get my youngest daughter every other weekend, which is great, but it shouldn't have taken ALL OF this back and forth considering it was based on a LIE and a LIE that I could PROVE was a lie. My ex is still failing to comply with court ordered therapy for my oldest daughter, to which I filed a contempt on my own as my lawyers have withdrawn from the case which is why I am leaving this review, which I know have to do without them. I got nothing substantial for the money I paid and I am highly disappointed in these lawyers.

  I went through a lengthy, difficult divorce involving children and I am so thankful I had Linda with all her knowledge and experience. She listened and understood my situation and knew exactly how to approach it from the very beginning and every step of the way. She is both aggressive and realistic in finding solutions and options that are in your best interest. Her deep experience in court helped assure me that she knew exactly what she was doing. And when we got there…she did. During the process of mediation, counseling and eventually heading to trial, she looked out for my and the kids’ best interest in ways I did not know how to. She gave all of my kids a voice to be heard. She unrelentingly and boldly fought for them and for me. She fiercely tackled the battle for finances. I had heard how good she was, but then I got to see her fight on our behalf and was so thankful I had relied on her. Linda is also very well respected. Whenever I told people who my attorney was, the response from both community members and professionals in the field was always incredibly positive about her reputation and ability. Linda was also very aware of my financial situation so she was very careful with time and extremely gracious. I am forever grateful to Linda for helping me through the most difficult and emotional time of my life. I highly recommend her if you are needing someone incredibly experienced and ready to fight hard and fair on your behalf. She will help you put the pieces together to move ahead.

  Linda Fried and her whole staff are amazing couldn't think of going anywhere else.

  I was told false information at the beginning so I would hire them. Then I was charged for them having to reschedule court dates. Due to the fact they had other appointments. I know I could have gotten equal or better results with a cheaper lawyer.
