  In the process of filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General concerning an illegal zoom board (I nternational Village) meeting of January 24, 2025. During the meeting Leigh Katzman when confronted with a question about violating the Florida Sunshine Laws stated " we are only having a conversation". I am sure the Florida Bar has heard this in the past.

  In my opinion... if your association has this law firm, your board of directors or administration ARE CORRUPTED; they are stealing, receiving kickbacks, and defrauding the association. These lawyers will teach the board how to get away with violating your rights, bylaws and Florida Laws. They are negligent crooked lawyers who only care about is taking $$ from the unit owners tru the association. They will bankrupt the association and leave you paying the bill while taking your unit... avoid them but if you already have them, get rid of them as soon as you can. Let everyone you know and ask them to help spread the word. That is the only and last defense we owners have against these unlawful attorney firms and their malicious practices. I am a victim of this firm and a dictator association president who Katzman help keep in power while they mutually & illegally enriched from the assoc. Then he orchistrated a settlement for the preplacement president to sign, waiving any liability against the expresident(dictator) and his lawfirm for all the previous wrong they did to our association.
