- RRR.S.BFeb 20, 20191.0where to start... seemed eager and motivated first meeting then after i hire he was on multiple days off if or could not be reached left numerous call messages with his legal aid Debbie. so i fired House next things i know he sends me the first and only bill since hire 7 mo. for approximately what i had in the trust fund for his supposed services. fraud shows on the billing invoice. just 2 name a few charged me as if he did all the work at his rate anyone one who knows its the legal aid that do most the work and they have a separate rate about 1/3 less per hr. on top he charged for all the calls and emails as if talked to me and read the emails when he was not even working or couldn't be reached, i know because i spend more time calling talking and emailing the legal aid trying to get him to attend to me his client. 100% not him or his rate for all that much less that it was to locate him in the first place. be warned: If you look at him and/or his firm as legal representation. demand bills monthly. check you bill details very carefully. to be sure you being charged properly. as far as getting a hold of him if or after you retain his service good luck its like winning the lotto. I have already had to file with the BBB, FL BAR, Small Claims court and other steps to try an resolve this.
