La comunicación prácticamente no existe: no devuelven llamadas, dejan los mensajes leídos por días y uno tiene que estar detrás de ellos para cualquier actualización. Lo más grave es que el seguro pagó en 2 meses, pero ellos tardaron más de 6 meses en liquidar mi caso, sin dar razones claras ni seguimiento. Total falta de profesionalismo, responsabilidad y respeto hacia el cliente. No confío en ellos y no los recomiendo bajo ninguna circunstancia.
