  Scott and his staff were very professional and courteous. The firm spent a significant amount of time over several years and reached a maximum settlement. The insurance companies would not have settled if they did not believe Scott could win this matter at trial. Scott went further, helping negotiate medical expenses. I highly recommend Scott and his firm.

  I first met Scott McCullough back in 2010 following a vehicle accident where I was hit in the rear and suffered injuries. He and his firm handled my case quickly and efficiently while making sure I received proper and necessary medical care. In 2014 my son suffered life threatening injuries in a vehicle accident. Once again, I called on Scott and his team for help. Their response was simply incredible. Considering the extent of injuries involved, the subsequent investigation, lengthy treatment and recovery, my wife and I were overwhelmed and emotionally devastated. Scott, Katie and the rest of the folks at McCullough & Leboff took the lead and lifted tremendous weight off our shoulders. The entire office became more than just our legal team, they became our friends and needed source of support. Fast forward to 2023. Sitting in traffic during a heavy rainstorm, I was once again rearended by a distracted driver. What can I say, it's South Florida. Following a brief hospital stay, I called on Scott and his team. As expected, they stepped up to the plate and handled the entire case with the level of professionalism I've come to know and expect of them. Scott, Katie, and Lucely are clearly a notch above the rest in their field. Should anyone ask me for a reference, I would not hesitate one second to recommend the Law Offices of McCullough & Leboff. One more thing, at the conclusion of this last case I mentioned to Scott that I've enjoyed our conversations over the past 15 years, but I certainly hope I won't need his services again.
