- NSNaomi SDec 8, 20251.0Whoops! I submitted a contact form inquiring if they serviced a specific legal topic and I didn't hear back. When I called to follow up a couple days later, the lady on the phone seemed thoroughly confused about whether there had been a submission from me/ my email address, could not get a simple story down, and she said you'll hear back if we address it. I said, well that is rude, you should just respond back; if someone takes th time to reach out to you I would expect you take the time to respond back that this is not in your purview of services... but don't just ignore someone's email. And what she replied was to ask me if I was a business or an individual--i was totally put off. This lady does not how how to behave with customers or these people are just trying to make their money. I would not recommend them.
