  TEN STARS IN MY OPINION. SEARCH NO FURTHER IF YOU WANT THE JOB DONE! BOTTOM LINE! Before I utilize anyone, I always dissect the reviews and analyze more then 5 experts in the field I require. I wasted my time with another attorney and after parting ways came across Mark and a few others. The reason I chose Mark is because of all of the individuals I spoke to, he demonstrated the most compassion, expertise, and actually LISTENED, to everything I had to say. More importantly the long consultation was free and we spoke for over an hour. What really impressed me was his approach. I was rambling on about my case and he immediately stopped me and said (and I'm paraphrasing) "Wait, I need to take this in my way and understand the full scope of the situation." Simultaneously, as he was asking the questions to grasp my situation, he was literally speaking out loud and reciting an immaculate strategy to present in court. THAT IS A WINNER!!!! At the end of the day, he obtained positive results in less then 30 days, and with the previous attorney I would've had to wait over 5 months for a trial! 5 Months without my children because of a senseless mother who chose to weaponize the system and attack a great Dad and his immediate family (wife and children with his wife). In closing; He has 30+ Years Experience, he's an absolute genius in his craft, CONFIDENT, and more importantly he's a winner and CLOSER! His team members Lori and Lu are also absolutely fantastic and a delight to deal with. Take my word for it. If you have a family matter (Divorce, Custody, Injunctions; you name it).   I filed during COVID so most of work was done by phone or I dropped off paperwork in lobby rang bell and left. Mark himself answered nearly all my calls himself. He always called back when I had to leave a message. He knew I didn’t have much and he was very kind gave me 2 free consultations and reduced his fee for me. The day after my divorce was final was my 43rd anniversary. This was a heartbreaking time for me and I didn’t always comprehend everything he told me. He had infinite patience. I so appreciated that. He is a good man and I highly recommend him.

  This man restored my faith in attorneys. He honestly saved my life from injustice and gave me a big reason to be happy again. He certainly knows the law and is a true professional. There are some things that I feel need to be told to paint a compete picture. Two things occurred that caused me to question his ethics. The first issue was when I secured a higher paying job during my alimony modification case. Mr Abzug never let it be known that a retroactive alimony liability was accruing. So as the months went by and the court date approached, I was hit with the surprise that I would owe my ex spouse approx $15,000 in back alimony. The second issue was when Mr Abzug surprised me with the fact that I would have to pay a trial retainer of $5,000 just before the court date. This was never relayed to me during the year-long lawsuit. Sorry, but i believe ALL money issues should be UP FRONT. So after a year of a lawsuit and trying to reach the finish line, I'm hit with these two unnecessary surprises. It caused me to "pull the plug" and just pay off my ex spouse and end this nonsense.
