    I had a consultation with Diane Perez, P.A., and the experience was disappointing. Scheduling the initial appointment was difficult, the phone line is never answered, and her assistant never followed up with me. During the consultation, it appeared Ms. Perez was driving, which felt unprofessional. I paid $100 for this service, and it did not feel fair or professional given the lack of communication and follow-up.
