  Goldman, Monaghan, Thakkar and Bettin “GMTB” is the most professional, knowledgeable and efficient law firm in Brevard County! When my husband and I needed help, not a minute was wasted after we contacted GMTB. Mr Jay Thakkar and his team immediately began working on our case. A special call out to Monica Pritchard who worked endlessly for us. Their entire team are professional, knowledgeable and incredible efficient. We weren’t expecting such a rapid resolution to our issue as our problem was solved within a couple of weeks. Jay and Monica worked fast and efficiently! Background: Unfortunately, we foolishly retained another attorney who wasn’t a dynamic individual; who let the buyers manipulate the circumstances for Years. Yes, we sold property to buyers that held it captive for Years and made excuse after excuse to avoid closing. A close friend recommended Mr Jay Thakkar and GMTB Law Firm. Since then I have asked him to review all documents for adherence to any changes in FL Law and to make two updates to the trust. These tasks were completed quickly and to my satisfaction.
