Someone's lying and Attorney Dan allowed illegal practices to happen by the opposing attorney and the attorney I had fired. I had family members with me when he lost his temper and started being disrespectful towards me, by yelling at me for no purpose. He just did not want to do any leg work to prove the wrongdoings of Tim's lawyer my ex lawyer and Tim. On the day of trial I wasn't even able to talk to him. He sat in the hall with his children and said he would see me in court. I told him I needed to talk to him for a little bit. But he said he didn't have the time because he had his kids with him. Not a Good Attorney!!!
