I wrote a review before, but apparently it appears to have been deleted by someone at the firm, that within itself explains a lot about this place. Take your business where your moral and value counts, definitely not this place.

- RRRicci RathburnNov 3, 20205.0Dan Pilka has been the Creekside Community Assoc. of Polk County lawyer for 7 years and has settled many legal disputes in a favorable fashion for Creekside. In fact, we have never lost a case with Dan. Dan has the most amazing collection department. The staff handles our owners with compassion and do their best to let the owners know they are there to help. Even with that gentle spirit they are always able to collect the past due bills within the Florida State statutes. I would highly recommend Pilka & Associates, P.A. and if you see negative comments, they are probably coming from the people that have lost to Dan.
