  Mr William Shaffer at Knowles, Bouziane & Shaffer Law, LL is an excellent probate lawyer who has knowledge in many facets of the law. I can not say enough good things about how he handled my mother's estate. I was always welcomed by the lovely women up front named Lou. He found solutions for several problems that came up during the probate case. He is honest, fair and leads with integrity. Mr Shaffer will be empathetic to your loss when he is instructing you on the parts of the law you need to know when going through probate and dealing with difficult decisions you will have to make. I highly recommend him if you need a probate lawyer!

  Used the firm a few years ago and was satisfied. Went to use them recently and they don’t return messages or calls . Lady that answers the phone said she really doesn’t work for them….. finally did communicate with them via text and had a phone conference scheduled. No call at the scheduled time . Unbelievable how an attorney’s office can operate like this.
