It was a closing filled with a touch and go unexpected delay and they worked diligently to get everyone across the finish line. All parties, Sellers, Buyer and myself are extremely pleased with their kindness, understanding and professionalism throughout the entire closing process.

The firm never notified me and when I found out I had to reach out to them numerous times just to get even basic information. The firm then refused to continue with my case, even though they had the ability to do so and there were no conflicts. From my perspective, being completely abandoned at such a critical stage was unprofessional, irresponsible, unnecessary and I believe unethical. They talked a good game up front but, in my experience, did not come close to delivering on their promises. From my experience, I certainly do NOT recommend this firm and highly advise anyone considering Henderson to explore other firms,
