- MMMarty M1 day ago1.0Morgan & Morgan claims to be America’s number one injury attorney and now I see how they can make such a claim. They will not accept a case, which may be a bit difficult for them to adjudicate. Case in point.. last month I contacted them with a sure shot medical malpractice case and was given a reference number and told to contact them which I did and I was put in touch with a medical malpractice “ expert”, David. I wasted 25 minutes of my time telling him the particulars, and he kept on commiserating and apologizing as I explained my injuries.. however, at the very end, he bluntly told me his firm would not be able to handle my case and that he would send me the reasons why not!! the top three reasons were: 1-the legal deadline had expired 2-the injury wasn’t serious enough and 3-lack of strong evidence All three of which were total garbage, and I had the proof which I thought I had sufficiently explained but now I realize that, even though I was near death due to the doctors actions, it wasn’t good enough for Morgan & Morgan because it would be too difficult and time-consuming for them to prove it and I’m sure they are America’s number one injury attorney by accepting thousands of easy to handle cases.
