- MBMichelle BaldwinJan 28, 20221.0I was contacted by a paralegal from this firm through her personal facebook account. She said she worked for law firm and offered me help. She had read a post I wrote about my son and reached out to me to help me. I sent her info then never heard back from her. I found that she worked for Kline &Spector and I called her. She acted like she didnt know what I was talking about then she looked on her Facebook account and remembered. She told me the firm couldn't help me even though she reached out to me offering me help. I called back to firm and receptionist said " that is just how law offices work". Very very poor that their staff use their personal accounts to lead people on .

If you want to use a big firm I'd recommend Morgan and Morgan over Klein Spector. Lets see how long this review stays up before it gets deleted, like my last one.
