Hal, Michelle and their team was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. We had issues with the mortgage company and was concerned about closing on time. We could not do a remote closing due to the mortgage company. However we were able to meet the closing deadline thanks to their help. They worked with us and was very accommodating and professional to adjust to our schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm for your real estate needs.

- CWCarolyn WolharFeb 5, 20201.0I have a upcoming settlement with Tunnel and Raysor..The property owners are my sister and I yet the firm insists they are issuing a check to the Estate of my late brother..No Lis Pendens has been filed in this case to put a lein against the property. There is a lawsuit where the widow is attempting to Overturn Nuptial Agreements. My brother has been dead almost 4 years, I had asked Tunnel and Raysor to issue the check to my sister and I and the Estate attorney could hold it pending litigation. Tunnel and Raysor will cost the Estate thousands of dollars in taxes by their refusing to issue the check at settlement to the Property owners. I would not deal with this firm...they appear to create their own laws. Zero Stars
