From my personal experience, they are highly experienced and qualified. They are able to take the complicated language involved with estate planning to ensure their clients fully understand the process and legal requirements involved in the process.
- TFTee FinerbeeSep 29, 20255.0My good book says give credit as due. Let me tell how excited I was when I called at ACTUALLY spoke with Mr. O'Brien. I find it to be VERY humble and service oriented for an attorney with great ratings to be the first contact. I called he said he was on a call and would call me back. Within a few moments he did JUST that, provided me with insight AND got me in the next day. My long story short, the probate process and officer (I kept getting different answers and some misleading info) and my nephew (who all of a sudden has issues (trust)with me has been dragging is feet. It's was hurtful because he KNOWS his grandma loved him and left him a lil something, (I digress) By the time I left the office the heartache, headache and tears I entered with was replaced with optimism, accomplishment and inspiration that THIS process is just about over. I'm trying to putt this attorney on lock.

Kevin and his son were always available and responsive. I did not have to go through anyone to get to them. They answered the phone themselves or responded quickly to emails or voice messages. I could not have gotten through the 2 years of caring for my brother without his assistance. They provided good advice, always followed up and never had to be prodded. Many times they went above and beyond.
