  Very disappointed with this firm. Being represented in a mspb case currently waiting for a decision on pfr. The attorney assigned to my case overlooked several due process errors and failed to clarify migration issues. I supplied them with a bunch of paperwork from my doctor never once did he ask if I could get a letter from the doctor that linked my diagnosis to the conduct issues and that exactly what the judge said my appeal was lacking. When I call to speak to a supervisor they say one will call and then just my attorney calls and act like everything is fine

  I have a letter they sent to hire them for $10,000. ALL the customer wanted was a professional re-write of an EEO Q&A. The lawyer knows or should know that the customer cannot take any action and is forbidden to sue until EEO has completed their findings. They were nasty over the phone and it took them 2 days to send over information that they said would take an hour. This catch and bate has become a more common practice and the $10,000 is most like a waste of your money and time.

  I got hung up on . didn't want to hear my problem .all I heard from him was time is money .time is money . corrupt system. Time to hire a independent lawyer not bought out by the federal government !!!!
