  Attorney Tim Moynahan & Amy are both absolutely phenomenal. We had an issue arise and Attorney Moynahan acted immediately, with the best suggestion for a positive resolution. He acted immediately, with the upmost professionalism while caring. Highly recommend Attorney Moynahan and Amy by far exceptional and reactive!!

  Thank you so much to Attorney Tim Moynahan and Amy!!! They helped my family through a very scary time and rapidly set things straight while treating us like family the entire time. Every phone call and email was addressed quickly and they were always available when needed and took the time to listen and rapidly addressed all of my concerns as they came up. I would definitely refer family and friends here if the need arose.

  Title: Felt Like a Severe Conflict of Interest and Betrayal Our family retained Attorney Tim Moynahan based on a long-standing personal relationship and his assurances of loyalty. We were shocked and disappointed when his firm later initiated legal action against us in a related matter. The transition from a trusted "family friend" to an adversarial litigant felt like a profound betrayal of trust and a severe conflict of interest. Our experience suggests his personal allegiances are easily overridden by financial incentives. We cannot recommend his services and would caution others to get any representations of friendship in writing before proceeding. Hired Tim Moynahan years ago, my stepdaughter’s grandmother lived in his townhouse on his property of Hitchcock Lake and he supposedly used to be friends with my dad when they were young to join. They asked him to join the Democrat party when they were believing he was a family friend. He was very friendly until it was time to act. His firm ultimately took legal action against us, proving that his initial kindness was disingenuous. A complete betrayal. We feel he is not to be trusted.

  I’d heard of Attorney Moynahan’s expertise and sterling reputation for years prior to contacting him for some business advice. I was not disappointed. His advice was candid and quite helpful. Further, he turned out to be a genuinely good person in providing me with his assistance. I highly recommend him.

  I highly recommend The Moynahan law firm. Court and everything that comes with it, is very overwhelming, stressful and exhausting. Not when you are being represented by Timothy Moynahan. Tim and his assistant Amy Guandalini are professional, knowledgeable and personable. They are the kind of people that treat you like they treat their own family and loved ones. During our court process, they remained 3 steps ahead the whole time. I didn't have to deal with any unresponsive waiting games what so ever. I'm extremely appreciative for all their hard work with getting our case nolled and over with ! I hope I don't have any legal issues in the future but if I do, Moynahan Law Firm is my go to!
