  I had a terrible experience with an attorney I went to, prior to attorney Welcome. Let me just say this, from the moment I called until the moment the immigration interview was over, I had nothing but the best experience. The paralegals who work in the office are so attentive, professional, and understanding. James Welcome always made an effort to say hello, update, and sometimes personally answer phone calls when the other staff were helping others. They put together, sent out, and updated our application/ process thoroughly and in a timely fashion. Attorney Marina Brakefield had to accompany us to the interview since James was unavailable that day. She is so knowledgeable and well experienced that I had no hesitations. She made us feel ready, calm, and confident throughout the entire process. I whole heartedly recommend either attorney to help you if you are in need. You can count on them as well as their well experienced and professional staff to make sure you are up to date with any information. They will go above and beyond to answer your questions and make themselves available every time. Thank you to the entire team.
