My ex-husband and I started what should have been a relatively straightforward and amicable mediation process. However, things became more complicated than necessary due to the involvement of a family member. Jill remained professional despite difficulties that dragged the process out longer than it should have been. She even explained things again and again... And again, when needed - all without losing her composure. I cannot recommend her office highly enough. Jill and Tania are not only competent professionals, but also lovely, compassionate people.
