Frequently Asked Questions About Norte Immigration Law LLC

What should I do if a loved one has been detained by ICE?

If someone you know has been detained by ICE, try to gather their full name, date of birth, and country of origin. You can use the ICE Detainee Locator to find their location. Call Norte Immigration to schedule a consultation.

Can I be deported even if I have a green card?

No, you cannot be deported. But you can be placed in removal proceedings for certain criminal convictions or immigration violations which could result in deportation after a judge issues a removal order and your permanent residency is revoked.  Legal representation is critical in these cases.
