  Amy Griner is a completely biased child family investigator. With all of the education required to be a lawyer and so called experience in domestic violence, it amazes me that she really only has book smart and completely lacks common sense when it comes to children. She was completely persuade by my smooth talking ex. For example she had multiple people from neighbors and friends detail the verbal abuse their kids and my own kids endured by my ex. He repeatedly calls them stupid, idiot, dumb, and retards and Amy Griner was like ‘his sense of humor is just misunderstood.’ So guess what- my kids still get called all those nasty things- and more now that nobody’s watching him. My ex has a grown daughter who was 28 when her parents divorced and lives 3 hours away, but did Amy bother to interview her? Nope! Why not ask a full grown adult who grew up with married parents what my ex is like as a parent? Because any opinion about my ex that was different from Amy’s wasn’t taken into account- no matter She was so biased she didn’t care about what kind of a parent my ex was. She also allowed my ex during the investigation to use the kids as channels for passing threatening messages to me. He sent my son home one day with a picture of our dog, the dog that my ex broke its neck in the backyard and hauled off to bury on his mom’s property. She acknowledged it was a threat and just said he shouldn’t do that anymore. But he also told my kids that he would pay someone to kidnap me so that they could spend more time with him, she didn’t take that threat seriously either and attributed it to him just being misunderstood. Amy also didn’t bother to connect the dots that my ex says he almost froze to death living in the fifth wheel, but recommended that my kids live in the fifth wheel with him. Amy Griner was biased from the time she was engaged by my ex. From my research, she showed up as a dad advocate, which in most cases can be great- I love my dad and I think there are a lot of great dads out there, but she went into our investigation skewed. I had over 10 people submit collateral questionnaires and instead of reason that so many different people, men and women, over the 12 year marriage, saw some seriously dangerous stuff that should be taken into account in letting a dangerous father have his kids go so much time, she concluded that I campaigned against him and sent him to our religious leaders to try to get me excommunicated. I have never seen anyone take so much evidence and ignore it against the best interests of safety for kids. She really is a deadbeat dadvocate. She came hard after me and seeing a therapist for helping to get me through this difficult divorce, but never once contacted any of the 20 doctors my ex saw in the previous few years regard his diagnosed “anger and irritability.” If you’re looking for child family investigator that will impartially look out for the best interests of your children, don’t pick Amy Griner because your children will suffer from her lack of common sense and because of how unprofessionally biased she is in her investigation and recommendations. For the kids’ sake- choose anyone else but her.

  Amy is one in a million. She is fair and professional. And I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my divorce and the support I still receive when issues arise. I don't think there are many lawyers who truly care about their clients outcomes, and go to bat for them the way Amy Griner does.

  This review is long overdue but Amy was an amazing lawyer and was super patient with me and was beyond professional. I am more than satisfied with the services she provided for me. Thank you Amy and I would highly recommend her she’s one of the best!

  When children are involved - especially when the safety and care of those children - it is a challenge for a loving parent to see anything but red. Amy's calm guidance and understanding of process, law and advocacy has been incredible. I'll add that while some attorneys seek frivolous actions or motions to pad their fees, Amy's careful stewardship of not only the individual but the funds which go to support the children in question is commendable. Amy is a superlative and in my highest regard.
