  Andrew Peters has been a great attorney for my daughter who was assumed to be the aggressor in a fight between her and her husband. When we met with Andrew he was so kind and (of course) knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to be done for her. We paid him a flat fee and it wasn't cheap but, money well spent. Ultimately, her husband has admitted to being the aggressor and that she was defending herself against him. To the judges and DA, it is something that happens all the time called a recanting of the charges, and it oftentimes won't help. However, her husband met with Andrew to give an affidavit of his statement to turn in to the DA and the judge. After turning herself, into the Sheriff- because of the warrant, she had no other choice but to turn herself in. She has stated she defended herself. It didn't matter since her husband was the accuser. It is all about the one who calls the cops. Andrew called us and said we could watch the video from the officer's body cam. The DA- as of yesterday has dismissed all the charges and Andrew has also asked for the record to be sealed. And nothing about this case will not show up on any background check. She couldn't have done any of this without Andrew. We are very grateful to him and this law firm! Thank you, Andrew 😊 And all of the awesome people he works with! Outstanding Law Firm!

  For anyone that reads this DO NOT HESITATE to hire either of these guys! I have had Andrew Peters represent me twice and he has been nothing short of absolutely amazing! He is extremely transparent and will walk you through the entire process from start to finish! His entire team work very hard to make sure they keep you up to date and in the loop! He has a proven track record and if you need any type of representation in the fields he covers I strongly recommend his team! Absolutely amazing results!
