  Contacted this firm about representation for a matter. Almost a week later and no commitment. Rhiannon informed me a $2500-$5000 retainer must be paid BEFORE speaking to an attorney for consult, I agreed, then stated hourly fee was $400, I agreed, then stated because the answer was due in 2 weeks an additional 25% would be upcharged for "rush", I agreed. Finally on Friday I emailed Rhiannon in asking for an update on when we can get started or at least tell me they dont have time, and she did not even have the courtesy to respond, I agreed to everything this firm required, provided responses to every communication within 30 mins and I couldnt get commitment or even the slightest bit of communication to proceed.

  They cut a check to me from a lawsuit. They made it out to the wrong person. When I called, they said they would reissue at the end of that week. After two additional weeks I still hadn’t received the check. I called. They said they have no idea when they will reissue the check. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They act as though it’s my fault they cut the check to the wrong person. Completely unprofessional.

  DW has performed a variety of attorney firm services for us, as well as making referrals on matters outside of their wheelhouse. Some of the reviews are misleading as DW does not generally handle plaintiff law, meaning cases where one party is suing another. We have been thankful for the detail orientation, correctness and positive attitude that we have received as clients. We have put many miles through many circumstances on documents generated by DW and continue to enjoy successful results
