  I paid upfront through off the record and had everything setup from Ron in this lawfirm. I had a court date of December 30th for a traffic violation andshowed up to court only to find out that the officer never filed the ticket with the courts. Ron claims he got it dismissed but how can you have it dismissed when the paperwork was never filed from the police? This place is dishonest and doesn't communicate with people.

  This was one of the worst experiences of my life. My lawyer had no idea what he was doing and dragged my case on endlessly, wasting everyone’s time—including mine and the opposing counsel’s. Because of his incompetence, I was ordered to pay half of my ex-husband’s attorney fees. Imagine hiring someone to fight for you, only to end up paying the other side’s lawyer too. He flat-out refused to help me prove that my ex was lying about his income, which was critical to my case. When it came time for court, it was embarrassing—he stumbled around, completely unprepared, and left me standing there with no real representation. He failed me when I needed an advocate the most. In the end, not only do I owe him money, but I also owe part of my ex’s fees—all because he fumbled my case from start to finish. I will be paying for this disaster for a long time. I would never recommend Salas Law Firm to anyone. Cody, you should be ashamed for charging me after completely losing my case and leaving me worse off than when I started.

  Worst experience. Parking lot incident with no one around, wanted us to take a "deal" of reckless driving or intent to harm. Laughed at us when we wanted to fight the case. Absolute garbage attorney. Find someone else at all costs to represent you and your future or represent yourself.

  Don't go through him he is for the dads not the mom my baby dad did not see his child for 3 and 1/2 years Ron decided to give Dad everything and screw me I lost out on thousands of dollars for him to represent the father why I paid for it.

  I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm. **Edit** After I expressed my concern with his firm, Ron Salas dismissed my wife and I as clients over email due to my "tone". the email I wrote is the review below almost verbatim (I changed the pronouns). **Edit** Documents and information intended for me were sent to someone else instead. I understand mistakes happen but in this instance we are dealing with highly sensitive, highly personal documents pertaining to an extremely emotional subject. Double checking email addresses seems like a small thing to ask. Perhaps The Salas Law Firm takes divorce lightly because it is just another day in the office, but for ME, it's a living nightmare, an utter embarrassment, and a complete catastrophe. And they have compounded all that by giving me a new nightmare to contemplate, embarrassing me further, and complicating an already insufferable process. So, I would like to register my EXTREME disappointment with this practice. Not only did I never receive the documents promised, but I had to find out from my soon to be ex-wife that documents containing my personal information and details of our divorce were sent to some random person. Supposedly this person sent them screenshots of the "unread" email and the empty inbox after he deleted the email. But anyone with a gmail account can open an email, download the contents, and mark it unread in 3 mouse-clicks. It seems to me that this breach of privacy may also constitute a breach in attorney-client confidentiality, which is extremely concerning.
