  This man is a truly wonderful attorney. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to help them. What I appreciate most is how honest and realistic he is about every situation, even when it might not be in his client’s favor. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare.

  I cannot give RD the true recognition he deserves, because I can't give more than 5 stars. I have dealt with many lawyers, and none of them hold a light to RD's professionalism and responsiveness. More importantly, RD isn't a "salesman". He gives you honest feedback, even if the feedback isn't what you "want" to hear. For those less versed in court, I assure you, that's the attorney you want. Nothing is worse than being spoonfed rainbows only to get a less than desireable outcome. Moreover, I couldn't be more impressed with his responsiveness. I was informed late Friday night that I wouldn't get my son that evening. Mr. Pascoe was out to dinner when I called him. He stepped away to take my call-- and continued to take my many frantic calls thereafter. I cannot give RD the recognition he deserves, but I will say this. I was involved in a nasty custody battle. RD was well prepared and responsive every step of the way. And, we won. 100/10, use his services.

  My family and I recently worked with RD regarding a divorce. He was exactly what we needed — knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. After our first lawyer mishandled a key hearing, we knew we needed stronger representation, and someone who could navigate a high-conflict divorce with skill. RD stepped in and immediately gave us the confidence we had been missing. He got us moving forward again. He restored clarity and momentum for us. His professionalism and steady guidance helped us stay focused on what truly mattered to move our case forward. The opposition made the process unnecessarily difficult with false allegations, overwhelming paperwork, and disorganized communication. RD addressed each challenge with composure and expertise. His professionalism showed through in everything he did. We especially appreciated his ability to streamline conversations and documents in order to keep costs reasonable. It was clear that he respected our time and consistently looked for ways to minimize expenses. This was a refreshing change from our first firm, which billed excessively and required payment twice a month. RD’s thoughtful approach to both our case and our budget made a world of difference. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated working with RD. My only regret is that we didn’t hire him from the very beginning. He is truly outstanding, and I would recommend him without hesitation.

  I just went through a divorce that involved a baby. When i first found RD I knew right away he was the person I wanted to represent me! The day I paid my retainer was the day he started working on my case. Within the 3rd day of hire he managed to find my ex and have him served. He was absolutely incredible to work with. Know matter when I'd call him he'd always answer my calls. He was also there for me during my many nervous breakdowns "I have a crazy ex that liked drama". By the end of the divorce process I was able to get what we thought I deserved back. I also managed to get full custody of my son. I can't promise the same outcome as mine, but I'm sure you won't be disappointed in RD's work.

  RD was my lawyer in my divorce case. Prior to meeting RD, when I went looking for a lawyer to represent me in my divorce, the other lawyers that I had first consulted with were intimidating and just not very kind or professional. This left me feeling apprehensive and stressed out, dreading the divorce process. However, when I had a consultation with RD, I was pleasantly surprised by his kind and calm demeanor. Without giving me false hope or unrealistic expectations, he put me at ease about the whole divorce process. He was laid back and took the time to explain things to me and did not make me feel rushed to finish the consultation, like other lawyers had done. He was very thorough, informative, and incredibly helpful. I left his office feeling confident about moving forward with the divorce. Because of my financial circumstances, I was able to hire RD as my divorce attorney, but only for the first half of my divorce. During that time, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He was very prompt and always got back to me quickly. He answered my many questions with patience and always gave sound advice. He was honest, straight forward, and always well prepared. I am incredibly thankful to have had his services during the most difficult part of my divorce. RD is a compassionate lawyer and truly cares about his clients. Because of his help and expertise, I now feel capable and prepared to represent myself for the final hearing of my divorce. RD's services have been invaluable to me during this entire process, and I am confident that he will be of benefit to anyone else who finds themselves in need of a lawyer.
